Senior Quantity Surveyor
Requirement
✓ -At least a bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying
✓ -At least 3 years working experience in Commercial
Responsibilities
✓ Manage and prepare contracts, tender documents, and other requirements applicable to the projects.
✓ Provides detailed and accurate quantity take-offs against the technical drawings, specifications, and scope of work documentation.
✓ Reviews and interprets engineering documentation such as drawings/specifications/scope of works to fully understand the project requirements
for detailed and accurate estimating.
✓ Verify and evaluate Contractual Claims and supplier invoice before passing to account dept for payment purpose.
✓ To ensure the Tender Documents are duly filled / complete and submit on time.
✓ Liaising with internal and external and other necessary people to ensure the project follows to the timeline.
✓ Assists in the follow up of pre-contract and post-contract administration of projects assigned.
✓ Assists in the preparation of tender bid documents.
✓ Assists to evaluate contractors and sub-contractors’ bids and in the recommendation of awards for contracts as appropriate.
✓ Attends site and other meetings as required.
✓ Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
