Responsibilities

✓ Measurement of quantity and prepare BQ
✓ Preparing and checking project claims
✓ Preparing and checking Sub-Contractor certificate
✓ Prepare cost monitoring report.
✓ Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and sub-contractor.
✓ Undertake any other work tasks assigned by Contract Manager/Management

Summary

The position requires candidates to have at least 3 years of working experience in the related field.

The responsibilities of the role include measuring quantities and preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ) for projects. The individual will be responsible for preparing and checking project claims, as well as preparing and checking Sub-Contractor certificates. They will also be responsible for generating cost monitoring reports to track project expenses.

Additionally, the individual will attend meetings with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to discuss project progress and requirements. They will also be expected to undertake any other work tasks assigned by the Contract Manager or management.
